RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the delivery confirmation e-mail or your delivery to one of our stores.
You should send the product in the same package received and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Swimwear must be returned with the panty liner intact. No returns nor exchanges are allowed for SALE products.
The cost of expedited shipping to you for the original order is not subject to refund.
Please keep in mind that AZULU is not responsible for any customs taxes and or duties imposed at the country of destination. If you need further information regarding customs taxes and duties in your country contact your local custom authorities or us via email email@example.com.
We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case; within thirty (30) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us, refunds are made in the form of original payment. If the original form of payment is not available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
