WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders within Colombia

Free shipping for orders over $400,000 COP. Orders under $400,000 COP, shipping cost is $25,000 COP flat rate. 

Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email (check your spam if its your first time shopping with us).  

All orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during business hours. 

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days for items in stock, for pre-order items check the dispatch dates on the  individual product description. Once processed you will receive an email with all shipping and tracking information.  

Shipping times may vary according to the destination but usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. 

International deliveries

Free shipping for orders of $200 USD or more. For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $25 USD will apply.

Please keep in mind that AZULU is not responsible for any customs taxes and or duties imposed at the country of destination.  If you need further information regarding customs taxes and duties in your country contact your local custom authorities or us via email eshop@azulu.com. 

Shipping times may vary according to the destination but usually takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

 

EXCHANGES AND / OR RETURNS

HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

If you want to make a return or exchange your product for another one, you may do so the following ways within 14 days after receiving:

  • Fill out and sent the REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FORM on our website.
  • Send us an email at shop@azulu.com letting us know the reason. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Let us know the reason why, desired transaction: REFUND or EXCHANGE and order number. 

If you wish to exchange your item for another one, kindly let us know the style number you want to exchange the product for, color and sizing. If desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued and sent via email. Processing time may take up to 3 business days after receiving items. 

Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed once received by our fulfillment department. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email and money should show up in your bank account within 30 days depending on your bank institution. 

You may return or exchange your product if:  

  • Item didn’t fit or didn’t like it.
  • Product arrived with a defect or not in perfect condition. 
  • Received an incorrect product; not what I ordered.

All return and or exchange requested products must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and in perfect conditions. Swimwear items must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. 

All international returns and exchanges may incur in re-entry customs fees by the Colombian government which must be assumed by the client. 

Once items are received in our warehouse, AZULU will process and may accept or deny the request if items don’t meet the requirements stated above.  If the items don’t meet the requirements, we will inform you via email and send them back. 

Gift cards, SALE products of 40% or more are FINAL SALE. No returns nor exchanges are allowed.
