WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shipments within Colombia

All products will be sent free of charge to the address provided in your purchase order.

Upon making the purchase, you will receive an automatic email informing you that your order has been created and is being processed.

As soon as AZULU dispatches, you will receive an email with the waybill number that will allow  you to track the status of your shipment.

Order processing may take from 1 to 2 business days.

AZULU makes its shipments from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and Holidays.

Delivery may take between 3 and 5 business days from the date of the shipment, depending on the final destination.

 

International deliveries

We offer free shipping worldwide.

International shipments are made with the transport company DHL or Fedex.

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email notification with the order number as well as any status updates pertaining to your order.

For international shipments, import taxes can be calculated depending on the product and the country of destination. These tax costs are not assumed by AZULU and must be paid directly by the customer. You can write to us at eshop@azulu.com for more information.

EXCHANGES AND / OR RETURNS

HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

If you’d like to exchange or return your product, you can do it in any of the following ways:

• Make your request electronically, filling in the information in our REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN form. 

• Send an email to eshop@azulu.com, indicating the reason for your return.   You will receive a response to your email within 24 hours.

• Through our online store www.azulu.com, in the customer service chat.

VALID REASONS FOR REQUESTING A RETURN/ EXCHANGE 

• It was not my size or I did not like it.

• Product defective before use – the product received has a technical defect.

• I received something that I did not order: The product received is different from the one you requested.

Remember that you have up to 14 days to make a product exchange after receiving your purchase.

For Exchange or Return the product must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be in optimal condition.

• The product must be unused and with labels intact. 

• The product must be returned with all its original packaging.

To proceed with your request, you can choose from any of the following options:

• Product exchange, which will depend on product availability at the time of exchange. In case of AZULU not having the desired product, the total value of the product(s) that are being returned will be transferred into a credit coupon to be utilized for a later purchase.

• Credit coupon to be issued to make a new purchase. This coupon is valid for twelve months from the date of creation.

• Total monetary refund of the sum of the item(s), made via bank transfer within a period of ten (10) business days after receiving the returned product(s) in our warehouse. You must send the request providing the following information and indicating the reason for which you are requesting this return:

– Product purchase date

– Product Reference

–  Order No. and Receipt of payment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All exchanges will be dispatched approximately within 3 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. The same timeframe that is given for any regular delivery will apply for this new product as well.

• Credit coupons will carry the amount associated with the returned item, minus any restocking fees involved in this return.  All future purchases associated with these coupons will have free shipping included.

• The costs involved in a return are US $ 35, which will be deducted from your exchange or refund. Applies only for international purchases.  

• Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and, once those are approved, the new product will be sent to you or a credit coupon will be issued to be used toward a future purchase.

• After receiving the product in our warehouse, we will send a refund request form for you to fill out.  

WHEN DOES THE EXCHANGE/RETURN NOT APPLY?

• In case that your product does not meet the above listed conditions needed to authorize the return. We will inform you via email the reason(s) why the exchange/return could not be processed.

• You must bear in mind that the products in ARCHIVE SALE are all FINAL sale items. Exchanges and / or returns do not apply to these products.

• In the case of swimsuits, for reasons pertaining to hygiene, you can only request the exchange/return if the garment has the hygienic liner intact; otherwise the exchange and /or return will not apply to this product.
