Shipping and Returns

After making the payment through the portal of online payments, you will receive an automated e-mail to inform you that your order has been created. At the time of AZULU dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number where you will be able to check the status of your shipment at the Web site of the transport company DHL (http://www.dhl.com.uy/en.html) . You should only enter the tracking code in the field provided to check the movement of your order.

FREE worldwide shipping, exchanges & returns in the form of store credit. Shipping times vary between 5 and 15 days

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Azulu is pleased to offer a 7 day exchange and return in the form of store credit policy from when the order is delivered. All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached. All returns and or exchanges must be sent back with ´RETURNS & EXCHANGES´ slip form filled. All SALE products are FINAL SALE.

HOW TO SEND ITEMS BACK

  • Indicate on your ¨return & exchange´ form whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  • For exchanges: please indicate the desired model & size.
  • Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
  • Once the request has been made, a team member will get back to you within 24 hrs with the confirmation to proceed and the return label to print out and take to closest DHL office. If you wish to utilize your preferred carrier, on the airway bill please include your invoice number and mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:
