Items purchased in stores or online are subject to a mandatory 14-day exchange or store credit only. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED AS AN ORGANIZATION.
Store credits issued through AZULU expire 30 days from the date of issuance
All exchanges in store or online must be executed within the 14-day time frame allotted with all items in sellable condition, tags attached, and a copy of the receipt. Items purchased on AZULU.com trigger our 14-day return/exchange policy from the date in which items have been confirmed as delivered.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGED ON JEWELRY OR SWIMWEAR ITEMS FOR HYGENIC PURPOSES.
ONLINE ORDERS: All online orders are subject to an automatic 10% re-stocking fee, deducted from the purchase price, for any items the need to be returned. Finally, all online orders returned in person at any of our store locations will have the re-stocking fee waived. Items send via mail or package to our store without the presence of the owner, will be subject to the re-stocking fee.
GIFT RECEIPTS: Exchange or Gift Cards will be issued for the purchase price on a gift receipt. Clients who fail to present a current receipt will be offered a gift receipt based on the lowest selling price of the item(s) within the last 14 days.
GIFT CARDS: Physical or Electronic Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash value except otherwise required by law.
All Exchanges and Store Credit issuances must be made in the original country and currency of where the original purchase(s) were made.
